summer teen martial arts program

Unlike younger children who are often sent away to camp all day we noticed that parents find it very difficult to make sure their teenagers (ages 13 - 18) have something productive to do during the summer.

Most often teenagers either can't or don't want to attend summer camp because its too childish, too early, too long and just boring. We created a 3 hour daily summer camp just for teens that will entertain, enlighten and stimulate their interest. It will be fun, educational and physically challenging.

Our program is designed for teens and what they consider to be fun. They will spend their time getting in shape using our kickboxing program as well as learning real world self defense using our Krav Maga program.

At the same time we will also be offering outdoor activities and field trips at cost such as:

  • Kayaking and canoeing at Oleta State Park

  • Bicycling in a group through the quiet streets of Miami Shores

  • Archery and target shooting at Bass Proshops

  • Going to the Movies

  • Humane Society tour

  • Eco Tours

  • Park and beach excursions

  • Outdoor volleyball

  • Outdoor basketball

  • etc.

We will be offering this camp just in July and August 2019, Monday through Friday for three hours at a time. The cost is $150 per week with a 2 week minimum commitment with a $100 registration fee. Special discounts for existing members. Certificates of training will be awarded for those completing a one month and two month training regimen.

Meals will be extra or you can bring your own food. Transportation to and from your home is an additional fee of just $10 a day although most teenagers can easily bicycle to our location.
